Friendship & Gym - Galway

Galway

Hi everyone.

I’ve been on here a while now, and while it seems most lads are looking for quick meets, that’s not really my thing. I’m more about building a proper connection — a friendship that lasts, without the constant “free now” messages popping up every other evening.

I’ve lived a fairly sport‑less life and, to be honest, it’s catching up with me. I’m 60, 176cm and 95kg — fairly strong but badly out of shape — and I’d like to do something about it. The gym on my own bores the life out of me, so I’m hoping to find someone who’d enjoy a bit of company and encouragement.I tend to get on best with lads 35+, someone with a generally healthy or active build who’s interested in light training and doesn’t mind taking things at a steady pace. Good conversation matters to me — proper chats, a bit of depth, a bit of craic. I’m neurodiverse, so I can be either too guarded or too open, but I’m always genuine.

I’d like to get to know you first. If we click, we can try the gym together, ideally on the western side of Galway city. And if it naturally leads to something more, only if it suits us both.

I don't care whether you're gay, str8 or hetero-flexible, single or married as long as we're not sulking around. Also, disliking the towel-dance is a plus lol.

If any of that sounds like your vibe, drop me a message and we’ll see how we get on.
