Been to another naked yoga session in Islington. It was my first experience with naked yoga. It was good, the nudity was not an issue just got my kit off and joined in the class. Went a few times but stopped as it was a haul yo get there. Would happily do it again.

I would love to try that. Mindful sometimes classes can be expensive. Would be up to organise it with you watching a video or do a small group of people interested from here
