Yes, Locker Room is very friendly, but badly needs updating, steep stairs if you have mobility issues. Pleasuredome is modern, but staff not friendly.

Generally, no you don't need be naked and can wear a towel (although some guys will probably be naked anyway).

Be aware though that some saunas have naked days where nudity is mandatory.

Your shyness will soon evaporate - going naked is much more fun !

I went pleasuredome for my first sauna experience, although I didn’t get no action it was pretty chilled out, no need to be naked as a bunch of people had a towel wrapped around them as did i. Try not to be nervous, i am sure you will have a good time

I really like portsea sauna. It’s small but very friendly and unthreatening. Also the cleanest. Pleasuredome impressive but as an older guy felt a bit ignored. Might have just been me. E15 is nice and friendly but a bit tired in places.
