Pleasuredrome sauna is just outside the station. Don’t know of any bars, but Soho is a 15 minute walk - lots along Old Compton Street.

There’s Pleasuredrome, but read an article about a number of deaths there from drug abuse over the years

You'll be better off going to Soho. Old Compton Street has several gay bars and easy to get to from Waterloo.
