Covent Garden Sauna is fine and located not far from Covent Garden tube. You can get a nice massage there as well.

Covent Garden Health Spa on Endell Street , Covent Garden Tube Stn turn right onto Long Acre and Endell Street a few hundred yards turn left. Pleasuredome a few hundred yards from Waterloo Tube & Mainline Stations Station . SweatBox Ramillies Street Ramillies Place., Oxford Circus Station walk down Regent Street 2nd left Grt Marlborough Street 2 nd left for Ramillies Street , if you see The London Palladium you know you are near. Portsea Sauna Portsea Place off the Edgware Road turn into Kendall Street then Postsea Pl Nearest Tubes Paddington or Marble Arch to walk along Edgware Road , this Sauna does not have a jacuzzi like the others , hope that helps .
