Does anyone know of a hotel in the Heathrow or surrounding area with easy access to rooms. I want to plan a group meet/GB for 4th Jul, so if you can help?

Sorry, a little late to this, but I always stay at Heston Services travelodge.

No key cards needed and a busy hotel so guys can get straight to your room without question. I’ve always found it busy with guys either locally or passing by.

The Prem Inn T2/3, which is in fact on the A4 near Cranford, is pretty easy to get to the rooms. Technically, you do need a key card to get to the room via the lift, but I’ve been there a few times to meet and never had a problem. It’s usually busy enough that you can just follow someone else into the lift. Press the floor you need after they’ve done theirs. Look as you know where you’re going & you are actually staying there, no one will bother.

Hilton T4 and you can also use the stairs.
