One option is to stay at the Hilton Euston which is a short walk to Vault 139, if you go on a Monday or Thursday night it's naked night and packed with eager guys... Not sure many gays stay at the hotel though.
I know it's of no help now whatsoever but seeing this post brought back a great many fantastic memories of when I used to stay at The Philbeach Hotel in Earls Court. A dedicated gay hotel, popular with t-girls too. Sadly closed down now and sadly missed.
