Best sauna in London is

ME1 in Rochester

Actually in London depends on what you want

E15, good dark rooms, older crowd 60+ but sauna and steam room not much

Tha Locker Room, good sauna and steam room, play areas but no dark room mainly older and gets busy the first Thursday of the month for Naked Mates

Pleasuresome big, busy, good steamrooms, big jacuzzi but you have to pay for a room.

Covent Garden small, clean good steam room, sauna only ok, jacuzzi and sling, not that busy. Cheap entry if you have a massage

Portsea I went once and never again, but some people love it

Sweatbox, I have never been, confusing locker room, younger crowd

Saliors is worth a visit. Great dark room with the best GH in London. The layout is over three floors including a sun deck.

Sweetbox, leave valuables in a security box at the front desk. Given a key to secure clothes in a cage, you then go to the main desk & swap the cage key for a fob. Its simpler when you're there.
