No. It has a cloakroom. When you go in, they give you a laundry bag (or bin bag).
You go into the venue and put on whatever gear you plan to wear (footwear is the only requirement), and you put your outdoor clothes (plus anything you've brought for later. eg. towel) in the bag, and return that to the cloakroom..... and then the fun begins.
