Decent bars in central London for the more mature guy

Visited London shortly and it’s been a few years since I was there so was wondering if there’s any decent bars a more mature guy could go where there’s a chance of meeting guys in similar position

When I used to go regularly I enjoyed the City of Quebec and Kings Arms but not sure they’re still the same these days

Was there a few months ago and had an hour to kill before I met up with a friend, and was approached by three older men whilst I was there

Majority of the guys in there were 40s+
