Barnes Common precovid was good during day if you avoided the rich Barnes ladies walking their dogs.

Not been for a few years, the Putney tow path was good during summer, but the clean up brigade has cleared away a lot of the shrubbery so not sure how it operates now...if at all

At The Green Man pub there is a mini roundabout. Take the left fork and after 100 metres there is an opening on the left hand side with an open space with bushes all around.

It’s both, but quite a few dog walkers about during the day. There’s a bench on the right where most of the guys I’ve seen hang out - thick covering behind but good paths into the woods
