I am not at all embarrassed to say that the physical contact and warmth that cuddling does is really important to me.

So much so that later this month (25th Sept) I am attending a very well

Organised male only cuddle exchange. It’s a regular monthly ticketed event between 6:30-9:30pm in soho, and I am really looking forward to it.

I guess for many they may think it’s odd to pay for cuddles. But I have to disagree it’s an amazing well organised event where around 20 or so lovely men will meet to have a facilitated evening of clothed cuddling.

Throughout the evening you end up rotating through all the men in small 10

Minute or so structured cuddling exercises. Some standing up. Some laying down on yoga mattresses. Some sitting kneeling etc. it’s a guided

Event and the facilitator does it VERY VERY well indeed.

I always leave feeling seriously well charged and amazingly happy inside. Sometimes the group meet for a pint after in soho the welly or Compton’s afterwards. All round really lovely evening of warm cuddles.

I find it really calms my mind, and lowers my blood pressure etc

Yes it feels sexual also of course but it’s more about the connection of male cuddles.

Even if you get lots of sex sometime what men need it physical cuddles. Guys if you are thinking about it - please just try it!!!!

. Yes the London cuddle exchange is happening twice this month. This coming Thursday is a naked version and then again on 26th when it a clothed version. Both are utterly amazing.
