Yes. Well up for this always and we'll into it. It's only harmful in lethal quantities. Try drinking forty cups of tea or coffee a day or eating fifty bars of chocolate and see where that gets you. Be sensible about it. Have some willpower, mind over matter and all that. I have been smoking on and off all my life (cigars and a pipe now albeit occasionally), no harm done and not addicted. I can go without for months, years even. I indulge in it for pleasure, sexual pleasure even.

For those interested, there's a monthly smoker's night at the Lord Clyde pub where guys go to get down and dirty. We should team up and join some time.
