With regards to crossdressers, I've had fun with one or two there over the years.

A couple of weeks ago, there was one parked in a car quite close to mine who looked quite reasonable. I went over to their car door and he was fully dressed, short skirt with nice legs. He got out, pouted a little but then said he didn't like to play and just liked to dress. Basically a time waster, and I told him as much.

Scratchwood services or Scratchwood Open Space? Something to bear in mind is that yesterday was the FA Cup Final, along with two large protests in central London, left and right wing. It's likely the officers were on mutual aid to the Met and not interested in cruising at all.

I gather there are occasional events held there, a concert or something similar. The police may be involved in those sort of things.

I still visit a few times, but seldom see much action recently; too many guys just sat in their cars.
