Try ME1 in Rochester. It is alot cheaper, which makes up for the train cost. Sauna and steam rooms were decent, clean and lube dispensers everywhere.

Don't know when the busy times are though. I went on a thursday which was quiet but still had fun with a few guys.

I had a beer there which was £7 so average I suppose. Agree with you about cubicles, but i thought the facilities were very good x

I can't agree about the layout, I think it's good unlike Sweatbox which has you up and down flights of stairs and I remember a gate you have to pass through from the lounge and jacuzzi area....

My advice is just relax and go for it. I always have fun at Pleasuredrome. It's a nice, mixed crowd and everyone is there for fun. Just get undressed, wrap a towel round and go exploring. I usually start with a drink at the bar. After that, I spend most of my time in the corridor to the left of the bar where there are the 2 steam rooms, the cinema room, dark room and a sauna. You'll have a great time.
