I’ll be visiting London on my own and wanted to go to a couple bars, not for sleaziness but to have a couple drinks and where guys will come up to you to chat. I’ve read a review about Comptons in Soho which looks like the ideal place. Any others people frequent or recommend?
Comptons of Soho is good, quite a mixed crowd. Duke of Wellington mostly a bearish crowd with good music. Admiral Duncan mostly cabaret acts at night very mixed younger crowd. Freedom Bar, Circa Bar and Village Bar all in the same area. Slightly further away on Poland Street is the Kings Arms and in Marble Arch is the City of Quebec.
