I don't really have personal experience - but Berlin is famous for quite hardcore gay sex venues. And Gran Canaria has plenty of places that might tick your boxes. Or in London Jamie HP does various things including the horse fair. I'm sure everyone's favourite Irish airline could take you to all those places...

Near Perth (not in Perth)

easyJet to Berlin. Booking.com in gay district for reasonably priced hotel in gay area. If planned properly you can have amazing filthy fun from Thursday night through to Tuesday night. Go from a wednesday to the following Wednesday. You'll never forget it but you will want to go back and make it a regular thing at least once a year.
