Hi I’m going to London in June and looking for hotels that are easy access for fun. I’ve heard about St Giles hotel, but wondering if there’s anything around London Bridge/blackfriars?

I use the Paddington Hilton, also used to use the Paddington Mercure but last time they questioned my guest at the door so don’t use them anymore.

I find Holiday inn chain really good for easy access. Most have health clubs so they are very use to people coming and going. I find they don't need key cards to activate lifts or access doors on floors either. Not sure about central London though.

Why don’t you just meet your guest outside and bring them in with you?

That’s what I always do. The chain I stay at has keycard access and frankly I’d rather see who I’m meeting in the flesh, as it were, before they’re behind closed doors with me. Never had a problem meeting a guy outside then heading back to the room together.

Quite often I’m dressed like an absolute cock hungry slut (which I am) and don’t particularly want to be walking through a hotel lobby
