I went to sweatbox recently. I didn't like it. The queue to get in was out the door and lots of people passing by. Inside there was lots of guys, very few British, but no action. It seemed like everyone was there to get their cock sucked and nobody to do the job. I got an anonymous gloryhole BJ before I left. It was a lot of hassle to get in and out once inside! Wouldn't go back.

Heading to London in a few weeks. Not sure whether to head here or Portsea? Sweatbox sounds better place but maybe Portsea has better chances? Not a young man anymore and will be there on a Thursday so younger crowd in Sweatbox. Plan to head to Vault in the evening so just looking at a couple of hours in the afternoon. Advantage of Sweatbox is i could go back the next morning on 24 hour pass. Any advice or opinions welcome

I have done Portsea and Sweatbox. I'm 40 and like older guys in a relaxed environment. Portsea was that, but also quite small and not a lot of action. Was mainly British guys in there. Sweatbox was packed full of a younger and more diverse crowd. It's bigger, a bit of a maze, but no big open areas, just lots of corridors. Despite there being lots of people in Sweatbox, I saw even less action than Portsea. I think everyone just goes there to get their dick sucked and not many are willing to give. Getting into Sweatbox was a major hassle as you need to pass through two entrances and the queue can lead out onto the busy Soho street. Portsea was easy and discreet.

Sweatbox is perfectly positioned for that “pop

In” and kill and hour or so. The biggest issue i find is the layout … all on 3 levels and nit very relaxing. You are constantly on a treadmill walking from basement to next floor with steam rooms (always rammed and full of fun).

Guys always seem a little more aloof but always soemthing for everyone. Clean.

I prefer Endell street Covent Garden over the main 3 as you can chill as well as cruise.

I went for the second time yesterday. The stairs were so wet that I almost fell and it could do someone serious harm.

There is a lot of barebacking but that seems to be a norm now everywhere and a lot of walking up and down. Think I won't be returning back here.
