I had brachytherapy in year 2000. All good. It's done as an outpatient procedure. I had some urgency issue needing to pee afterwards but it all settled down. Good luck

I had it done April last year. I can get hard, orgasm and can ejaculate although not every time.

Side effects- can be bloated, mucus from back passage, can end up pooing a lot and can be lose. The radiation is very close to the rectum.

Am more tired now then what I was before

Had it done at The Christie in Manchester last July.

Issues include having to piss with a greater degree of urgency and only release cum occasionally but still have precum.

Otherwise A OK. Still get hard ons as before and enjoying life fully
