At Vault 139 it's cruise (clothed) before 7pm.

Can you strip off and leave your clothes in the box earlier? Like 5pm?

You can a little bit early, 5pm might be pushing it.

(I think they occasionally have delivery people and the like in the back area who probably didn't sign up for a room full of naked dudes wondering around in their job contracts, which is why they tend to be a tad on the cautious side in the bar area.)
