To be quite honest, I would be worried about using one that many others have had deep in their arse. Best eat plenty of fibre early the night before, drink plenty of water or watered down fruit juice. Then don't eat that morning or drink any coffee & douche at least for 30 mins before going to a venue or meeting someone

However don't douche too often & please research how/when to safely douche

Because douching removes very important good essential bacteria from the gut & weakens our immune system. It can also damage your gut & increase the risks of STD's

In London only Sweatbox has douche facilities. In Munich Deutsch Eiche has douching facilities. Most of places in Barcelona have those too. Some bars with cruising back/basement area in Berlin and Amsterdam have them too.
