Depends on your circumstances. If you are bi/curious/married/have a wife or girlfriend, then you may be a little bit more STI conscious due to not wanting to explain how you got an STI and passed it onto them!

If you are single etc then it’s not necessarily that much of an issue. I take prep daily, tested every 3 months, semi consider who I’m sleeping with and the risks and go for it.

No harm in asking someone what their status is, when were they last tested etc.

Accepted it’s a bit different if your arse up in a club wanting the world to dump their load inside you!
