You need someone who is willing to host. No one is going to fork out for an air bnb and you don't have the social element to crowd fund it.

Regardless, you'll still get no-show and time wasters.

The idea is excellent, the execution is where it always falls to bits.

As someone else suggested above, unless you’re experienced at organising this kind of stuff, it’s probably best to just say “I’ll be at Number 52 at this time and date, feel free to join me”.

Then, it’s no big idea if there are any drop-outs or whatever, as there will be guys there anyway
