It's lot smaller than Boilerroom. But I went the other week on CumFusion Friday and it was very busy. Lots in. Did seem a lot more cliquey than boiler room with more guys chatting to each other in downstairs area and on roof outdoor smoking area. Best place for action appeared to be dark area on third floor. Because of weather it was boiling inside.

Best place to park is a road off to the left n follow it round n park almost at the back of the sauna.. down the steps n it’s at the bottom on the left..

I would not recommend parking at that location, I guess the residents don't like Zeus customers parking at the rear. I once came back to a slashed tyre. The problem being with most modern cars is that they no longer come with a spare tyre, but with a solution to pump to bung up holes. My problem was that one of the residents had slashed the tyre side wall so the solution was useless, it ended up being a long and costly wait for the AA and a difficult conversation with the Mrs. I would suggest you park on the main road as your car is more secure.

It's not too bad actually. I parked about ten minutes walk out at the centre. Very discreet building but fantastic on the inside.
