I'm going to visit on Friday (26th) around 12 noon - my first time. From what I've read on here that seems to be as good a time as any? It also looks like there are showers, which is good after I'll have been driving for a couple of hours. What's the procedure after that? Do you just walk around naked into the various rooms or do they give you a towel/robe to wear?

You’ll be given a towel, most will wear them as they move around, some won’t. It’s small but clean and good fun, enjoy.

I've not been to that sauna but the others I've been to always give out towels, as mentioned above. It didn't stay on for long, right enough

When you arrive ring bell for admission. You’ll be given a towel snd there is a locker room with keys. Showers and all facilities all on one level.

I’ll be there this week as staying in Carlisle hotel Weds and Thurs nights . Entrance is £13 or was last time I was there few weeks ago . Never seen any TVs in there , wouldn’t bother me personally , no idea if they have a policy , you could contact them direct .
