Completely understand but there is nothing to be nervous about. Everyone feels like this the first time and once you are in you realise there is nothing to be nervous about.

Everyone is there for the same thing and on the whole ive found 99% of guys who go there to be nice, friendly and respectful.

The chances of seeing someone you know is low id reckon, ive been going for over 10 year and never bumped into anyone who knows me out of the sauna. Like others have said if you do see someone who knows u they are there for the exact same thing as you and unless they are openly gay/bi I doubt they would out you and themselves.
