Being a top doesn't make you dominant (though often alot are) any more than all bottoms are submissive (though again alot are)

Being told how to fuck and even being pushed down and ride how they want, is all being submissive, but still a top.

Dom/Sub, first and foremost, is a state of mind. The key organ is your brain not your dick or your hole. Lots of guys think the act of hard or aggressive sexual activity, makes them dom, it doesn’t (but can help the context).
