Any idea when? The advertising is very vague, and could be really outdated

According to a Leeds locally newspaper Steam have applied for planning permission for a new venue though.

I heard it was supposed to be opening up on Albion Street in the city centre albeit the prices they were planning to charge for membership and for each visit totally astronomical then the last I heard was that they had either scrapped their plans or weren't granted planning permission? Can anyone else expand on this?

"The Yorkshire Evening Post is saying that a licence has been granted and that Pipeworks is set to open early next year"

It's about time we had a decent Sauna Club in Leeds. Looking forward to joining.

Good luck to them when they open. The regular custom at these type of venues aren't local guys. Locals are generally too wary of being seen going in. So they'll be relying on people travelling from other towns and cities

Rubbish, Pipeworks Leeds will attract their customers from the thousands of men that work in Leeds and those wishing to travel from the locality. Actually the entrance to Pipeworks Leeds will be on Short Street off Albion Street, so quite secluded.

I'm not talking rubbish, but you have a point. Anyone working in Leeds but live away maybe comfortable with going in. People living and working in Leeds will be scared to go incase they are seen by anyone that knows them. That is human nature

Absolute rubbbish, only a wimp would be 'scared' they were seen going in. You're assuming that everyone even knows what Pipeworks is. And the chances of anyone knowing them is about as probable as winning the lottery. Anyway people are too engrossed in their own shit to bother about guys going into the side door of a building.
