Northwich sauna douche station?

Just watched the update video on instagram, just trying to work out how the douche station works.

I can see what looks like a shower hose which I assume you attach your own insert/end? But the drain just appears to be a slot similar to a shower?

Without being too graphic it looks like it could be a bit grim if someone drops some solids and could smell the place out? Surely there should be something like a toilet?

Well no it doesn't but at least they have one. Most saunas in UK do not have one.

The douche station at Rosebay nudist camp has a toilet to flush any turds away.

"Are the toilets nearby the douche "

It's not fully open due to ongoing work so nobody's sure yet but I'd give it a good guess that a toilet will be very near.

I expect they will supply possibly sell disposable attachments for the hose.

I'm a bit worried there's no actual toilet in the booth though. I don't think you're supposed to let sewage go down same type of drain as showers so not sure what the actual set up is.

In heat sauna Stockport they supply short lengths of hose for you to use and then bin.

I might be visiting Heat tomorrow for the first time, do you have to request the attachment and do they charge?

Does it get busy between 5 and 7pm or start to go quiet after 5?

Clean ones in a tub on the wall, used go in bin on floor. Literally short pieces of garden hose.

I normally go late afternoon, it's hit and miss but usually a few in.

What about all the comments that it’s basically a dump now, in poor condition?

It's OK, not the best and not the worst.

It does need a few repairs and they have been fixing stuff,

I was at Greenhouse on Monday and had a great play.

I do have some criticisms, like the play room is an ice box ( who would do w/s in such a cold space?), and that sling in the dungeon needs binning, but it was otherwise clean and comfortable.

,, Shower, Sink ,Washer, Dishwasher Toilet are all classed as soil, or foul water ,as these are all contaminated, if installed correctly these go to the soil/Foul Drain . Rain water from gutters etc will go to surface water drain, which sometimes goes straight to Rivers/Streams . Hope this helps .

How does the douche work, do they sell or provide removable ends for the hose to insert into you?

Hopefully it’s not a fixed attachment that everyone is sharing, that definitely won’t be hygienic!

Wow, that’s bad. I mean they don’t recommend sharing toys because of the risk of passing on infections / STIs or worse. I just think it’s a really bad idea to share a douche that could be used by over 100 people a day. ??

Visited Sauna today used the new jacuzzi which was excellent. The steam maze area felt cramped, and floor were flooded but it was hot, other than having a look I never used it. The douch areas were clean but no toilets, there were some chairs in the booths but never really examined it any closer. Fortunately I met a really hot guy and spent my time with him in a rest room then left a happy bunny.

Anything that gets people out of douching in the toilet cubicles will be good. Many times I've opened the door to a puddle of dirty douche water and remains splattered all over the place
