Is the new KFC advert 'Believe in Chicken' the best advert ever?

No it hasn't made me want to eat the salty fatty shit. So it's failed to do it's job as far as I'm concerned

What about the latest ad, where the guy gets dipped in gravy and turns into a piece of chicken

Who the fuck thought that up and then who thought that was a great idea

Every time I've eaten it I've had the horrendous shits just a few hours later. Same with MacDonalds. It turns out common denominator is r**eseed oil. Makes sense as a kid I started getting a rash if mam bought it for frying and a field of r**eseed would have me sneazing. I don't miss KFC or McDonald's though. All of the KFCs near me are Halal which I don't want and too greasy, no crispiness to any of it.

McDonald's is just plastic. Everything tastes identical to me. The bread both of them use is foul too.

Bad news for you, all meat in this country is Halal, which just means the method of slaughter is permissible under Islamic law. The Islamic market is too large for the meat industry to fail to cater to, but at the same time too small to justify a separate processing operation for. A good mate worked for decades in this line of work.

There is no appreciable difference between Halal and Kosher when it comes to method of slaughter, but there are in regard to permitted animal species, slaughtering methods, and restrictions on diet.

Just the fact that folk are talking about it means it's done it's job. Personally, I'm not a fan.

Not all meat is halal or kosher. I know this, as I know two Blokes that work in abbotoirs. They see animals stunned and there is no prayer said over them.

Supermarkets have sectioned off halal/kosher meat.
