It looks a bit run down from the outside, think 80’s “Private” shop, but it’s not trying to attract passing trade.

The ground floor is clean and tidy, the carpeted staircase is a nice touch, the jacuzzi is large enough to be intimate and the sauna is okay.

The upper floor is definitely the “action” area, and if you’re looking for the decorative failings, then your mind is on the wrong thing.

The “crowd” tends to be middle aged and older, most seem to know each other or have arranged meets, but newbies are welcomed.

The owner is pleasant and tries to make everybody at ease.

As with all saunas there is no way of knowing if it’ll be busy or not, but as this is such a small setting it doesn’t take many people to make it enjoyable.

Just got home from my first visit and I certainly wasn’t disappointed Nick -Chester review is pretty much spot on. Changing area is exactly what you would expect with a towel condom and lube awaiting you when you open your locker

First floor is more of a relaxing and voyeuristic experience and the jacuzzi was fun with 3 of us having a mutual stroke.

Upstairs is definitely the hot area with at least 6-7 Tgirls in attendance with lots of activity and I enjoyed watching the action before a very nice young man attended to me at one of the glory holes. I didn’t stay very long after that but will certainly be returning in the near future
