Be careful what you buy. There are some dodgy ones out there. See if your Dr will give you something to be safe

They lead to muscle wastage and further complications. I’d avoid them and try a bit harder. Not having “the time” in relation to making better choices would not flick my bean in terms of barriers if prescribing them for you

I’ve heard of some great weight loss on them.

However I question how sustainable that is long term when the jabs “stop”

Do your research - there’s pros and cons.

But whatever you do, if you do decide to get them, go through a trusted source. Well known high street chemists sell them privately- or speak to your doctor

Don’t be tempted to buy them from a mate who knows a mate breeding frenchies, selling fake handbags and weight loss jabs 🙈🤣 I jest - but you know what I mean.

I'm with Voy and using Mounjaro. They're definitely a game changer for me and have lost 9kg in first 6 weeks. There's loads of information on reddit about them. In particular read up on side effects and which foods to eat and not eat. Stick with a proper pharmacy company. I can give you one of my referral codes for Voy if you PM me.

Im on mounjaro also and its honestly the best choice ive made in years. Since june ive lost 3.5 stone and havent changed my diet at all. The only diffrence is im just not hungry, fill up much faster and have no cravings.

I get mine from medi express and they consult your doctor and you need to provide body shots and weight when you apply. They also put u on the lowest dose 2.5mg and you have to build up from there up to 15mg to avoid any side effects. The only side effects I got was at the begining and it was only slight sick feeling.

Id 100% recoment it to anyone

Today's news is conveying a completely different message.

The best thing to do is make a few changes in diet. Cut out red meat (not forever, just for a while), high fat cheeses (you can still eat cheese, just not cheddar Edam high fat ones), sugary drinks, eat more vegetables. And even a 15 minute- half an hour walk is good.

I lost 20 kilos in three months

I’m on Mounjaro (for T2 diabetes). Doctor replaced one of the tablets I was on with a weekly jab in November last year. Started off at 137.2Kg this week down to 121.3Kg. But I do steps each day weather permitting - try and do a minimum of 3000 per day.

Diagnosed with T2 and had option but doctors warned against. Cut out carbs and sugar and have lost about 8kg in a month and a bit. Do cycle a lot however not cycling more then before. Some people the jabs work, others have had sh!ts, or look awful with flabby skin. Takes willpower though but after period of discomfort all good. Plus feel sexier and more stamina

Yep. Mounjaro here. Had it since January and lost 3.6stone. Back to how I used to be weight wise! Which I’ve struggled to reach through conventional diets.

Zero side effects at all. Have maintained muscle as I’ve increased the exercise and weights and protein intake.

You can’t just take it and assume the weight will fall off. You need to change the lifestyle and use it as a tool. Not as the main factor in a weight loss.

If you eat healthily, smaller portions and do exercise it helps curb the feeling of needing more food or binging.

People read snippets about it and assume it’s a magic wand or just for lazy people. It’s not. It’s a helpful tool
