Really want to go to one of these, never been to a sauna, was thinking naked Tues at Steam, or is it worth the trip to Plastic Ivy, quite nervous too

Plastic Ivy is smaller than steam, and I enjoy it there. Always have fun, but I also read good reviews of Steam. As a first visit, either would be good for the experience.
