Didn't see any yesterday. Just guys cruising, was quite busy. Think it was busy as it's the only place to go outdoors in town, since they put cameras in st johns gardens, back of St George's Hall.

It's really good, quiet and discreet. Only people there were guys cruising.

I've found after 1900 to 2230 some arrive on foot or bikes, they are usually the fittest, and the usuall car crowd parked outside the gate.

Just off Parliment street. Walk tbrough the gate and turn left and walk up the hill. Or There are steps leading to the upper level.

When I've been it's always been ok. It's quiet and a good place for fun. Only place in Liverpool city center now Pall Mall has gone and the cameras are up in St John's Gardens.

Had a look here last 2 nights after Otterspool with a friend. It's seems to go on at Upper Parliament Street on St James road turn off, by the arched entrance gate. There are some steps up into a dark unlit garden behind Cathedral carpark. There are rows of hedges few benches and bushes and looks neglected. First night just a student botton with small cock my friend fucked. The next night a bit busier 2 dodgy Asians smoking joints, a black guy and student bottom again with small cock. Left just before 11pm not much happening but a quiet place for outdoor fucking, only thing there not much choice unlike the prom.
