I am a Stoke City supporter.

Can any of you remember Maurice Setters?

He played for Stoke and lived in Lower Tean

After he left Stoke, I found out that he loved to fuck guys,

How I wish I had know that when I used to drink in the White Hart in Upper Tean

I remember him vaguely. He played for Man U from 1960 to 1965 then played for Stoke from 1965 till 1967.

I doubt he would have had a reputation for being gay at all back in those days. People kept very quiet about that sort of thing, especially those in the public eye.

Maurice was 83 when he passed away having suffered with Alzheimer's Disease. I won't comment on the nonsense that started this thread.

He was assistant manager to Jack Charlton for Republic of Ireland. He was well respected here. Let his memory rest in peace and not disrespectfully.

Some people are talking of this being nonsense and some are saying let him rest in peace.

Well in North Staffordshire, his wandering cock for men became pretty well known and I am sure he enjoyed every minute of it.
