I am visiting Newcastle this coming Monday and will

Head to the sauna in the afternoon

I really want to get in the sling and see if anything happens

But worried I will be there and no one will come by

You will be fine. Might be there myself but suggest you get there either early about midday or later after 4 as mid afternoon can be a bit slow. Although who knows.
