It means he has HIV but his viral load count is so low that's its treated as undetectable. Which means non transmittable. Which means you can't catch it from him. U=U if you ever see this it means Undetectable = I transmittable

Why the aggressive response? Yes, you can find all sorts on Google but perhaps he thought a forum on a site full of gay/bi guys might be a good place to ask? And the first response gave good info. As for bad spelling (just checking mine), I've certainly seen worse. Did it stop you understanding the meaning and context?

Has HIV but is tested and medicated so has an Undetectable viral load and therefore cannot pass it on to anyone.
