Would the Gay/Bi/swingers community welcome a new high quality sauna and adult B&B in the Llangollen area. Accessible by car and public transport. Potentially offering lounge cafe bar, changing and showers, 12 person sauna, 12 person steam, a 4 and 6 person hot tub, chill out areas, private cabins, playroom and video suite as well as outdoor chillax area. What days / hours / themes would the community like to see. Any insight would be appreciated.

I only went a couple of times but there was a nice one on the outskirts of Colwyn bay a few years ago.

I think it would be busy as long as it did things well.
