Hi Phil

If you read my profile, I am also married & also a bottom with wife knowing I fuck men.

I am now on Prep and it’s easy to obtain by booking an appointment with your local sexual health clinic but a Prep consultation.

You will then be called in and you discuss your sexual history and tested to see what type of Prep you can have based on blood tests.

I also had a STI / HIV test whilst there too.

They discuss safe safe etc with you too and they give you condoms & lube too.

I got the Prep on the day direct from the clinic and you can either take one a day if you have spontaneous sex or you can take hours before sex & afterwards if you are organised & book your cock meets.

I get tested regularly but remember that Prep only stops HIV but not STI’s etc so it’s still best to practice safe sex with untrusted / untested / new men.

I have a few regular / trusted & tested friends who fuck me raw & I love that so much.

You enjoy but be safe mate.

Ps - Does your Mrs know you like cock?

Absolute first class advice

My local Sexual Health Hospital is very friendly and offer their advice without judging your morals but understanding your needs

OP, if you want access to prep- book an appointment with tunica sexual health clinic. The team will talk your through everything you need to consider and do the necessary blood tests to enable you to start.

The medicine is free.

And whilst you’re there - you’ll probably get nice handful of free condoms to protect against other things too

Prefect advice from 'Nice Bi Boy'. I did the same, went to local Sexual Health Clinic, they gave me a full set of tests and started me on Prep. The tests are really easy and quick to do. They detect anything even if you're not showing any symptoms. If they do you get the right treatment straight away.

I hadn't realised some you can pick up some infections such as Chlamydia without having noticible symptoms. And a lot of bugs get transferred orally, so sucking a guys cock could give you something, it isn't just about fucking.

Whilst I hadn't been concerned it was actually a good feeling to get the 'all clear'.

The other element is regular testing. Its quick, discreet and gives peace of mind.

All good advice.

Only extra I would add is that they will also offer prep to you wife too given her exposure and lifestyle, assuming she knows what your doing.

If she doesn't know she won't realise she may need to protect herself or indeed get tested.

You don't have to use your real name all they need is a way to contact you

You'll be given a form to fill in but you can give as much or little info as you choose

The sti clinics won’t log your details or inform GP if you don’t want to

You don’t even have to give real name just postcode etc

Been on Prep since 2018

The staff at my clinic are very helpful.

I only ever do bareback sex.

Go back every 3 months for testing.

Hiv Neg, but obviously Prep doesn't protect from other STDs.

My local clinic wanted my real name and address. I couldn’t use an alias so I’m hoping that the details never got passed on to my GP. Can you visit any clinic or does it have to be the local authority.

From the horse's (NHS's) mouth:

"Your name and details

When you go to a sexual health clinic, you'll be asked for your name and some contact details.

You don't have to give your real name if you don't want to. If you do, it will be kept confidential. Your GP won't be told about your visit without your permission."
