I'm looking at going sometime soon and saw someone said something about a douching room? Is this like a toilet and bring your own douche or something else...

It's my first time going to a sauna so trying to not make a fool of myself 🤣

It's basically a shower room, with a shower hose for you to attach your douch attachment to.

I think that you take your own attachments there.

It's a couple of showers through a door in the middle of the lockers in the locker room.

They might even sell the douche attachments there
