I find a douche bulb is best because it delivers the correct amount of water to flush out just the lower part (rectum) before it does a sharp turn and becomes the colon (I think). Two or thee flushes and it’s done.

And don’t eat for several hours before, stops stuff moving downwards - nothing in, nothing out!

I’m the same - you can get a bulb cheap on Amazon. 5 minutes use and I’m good to go.

Dead cheap on Amazon and discreet. Like everyone says two or three flushes and yous sorted. First time I done it tho I started panicking cause the water wasn’t coming out.
