I was planning to dress up and visit a local cruising site this morning but rain stopped play. A pity, I really wanted to go because a couple of days ago I had a message from someone on this site saying, in no uncertain terms, don't go because, and I quote, people like you spoil places like that for the rest of us.

I felt threatened but it's not going to stop me.

Anyone else had a similar experience?

Glad you were not put off by the imbecile. I'm a admirer of TV'S & appreciate the effort they make to get ready & luck sexy.

I visit a quite well known guy cruising layby a few miles from me whenever I can. I always go there fully dressed en-femme and I have never had a problem or felt threatened by anyone else there. I accept that the majority of gay men are not interested in anyone even remotely feminine, but they can and do steer well clear of me.

Everyone who goes there are there hoping for some kind of sexual activity with someone and they are free to choose for themselves who they have fun with. It is still supposed to be a free country so whoever it was who warned you not to go there, has no right whatsoever to tell you where you can and can't go. So ignore him.

Go, and enjoy yourself.
