Unfortunately I haven't been to The Empire since before the Covid Pandemic but I have been there many many times over a number of years prior to the pandemic.

A lot of adult cinema clubs have closed permanently around the country, as far as I know there aren't any in London and I believe The Empire is the only one of its kind in the North of England. I know it was refurbished while it was closed during the pandemic, and it is even better now than when I was last there, and it was a fabulous place then. I have never had a bad day at The Empire, some days have been better than others and some days can be busier than others. But I have always enjoyed myself, every time I've been there and I hope it keeps going.

The stairs are through the door to the left of the entrance to the corridor that takes you to the main cinema room and the other small rooms. Going through the door, turning left and going up the stairs will bring you to two rooms, one quite large and one very small that show bi films.

Turning right and going down the stairs and following the corridor brings you to two small rooms that show gay films.

well worth looking back in these threads, a number of us have said that daytimes are best and quietens down as the day goes on…..having said that, with Empire you just never know, I have had some great action late afternoon and early evening there but normally quiet at these times…….I don’t usually stay later than about 4PM unless I have arranged to meet someone.
