Wirral

Any cyclists from the Wirral or Liverpool (even Cheshire) area? I used to cycle a lot but haven't been out for a while. Anyone want to help me train and get my fitness back?

Used to cycle 60 to 80 miles on a road bike easily but doing 20 at the moment kills me. Would love to get back on it... and even better to do it with some lycra eye-candy!
