Staying in Preston 29th - 31st but haven't booked my hotel yet. Any suggestions for a central place with easy access for visitors?

Be careful with the car parking at Ibis north, if you have visitors make sure they log their car reg onto the screen at reception, or park in the Pub end of the car park. Went to a group meet there and everyone got a parking fine..!!!
