Used to be a club top of Oldham Street Manchester ..I'd go there when on leave ..after the gay son of the landlady in the local had peeked my interests...pity he never said have you tried managed instead of you should do..I did say wrong question...late eighties mid niniteies was the world so bad gay/bi people could only meet in known locations/safer pubs? Our local having a known gay lad behind the bar attracted lots of gay people ..a great group of bi people (Karen my next door neighbour was the only single female parent let her know I wanted a ick each end )
