Remember the good old days Pre COVID ? - Base, very near the Train Station - in fact under the Tracks. Had some really good times in there with plenty of young student lads & guys with an hour or two to spare between trains. Perfect City Centre setting - Saturday overnights were spectacular …..rumours of Pipeworks opening their first English branch in Leeds soon ….but been saying that for the best part of a year now. Leeds desperately needs a decent City Centre Sauna cos Steam is shit - overpriced, dirty, Porn from the 80s n 90s, unfriendly & clique staff who can’t really be bothered - very tired - seriously needs some competition to make them up their offer.

Had a lot of fun in base when it was open. Was a good place to go

I literally had an hour to kill waiting in a train and spent it getting fucked silly in Base years ago - was great

Couldn’t agree more. My first ever visit to a sauna, my first sex with guys, was at Base. Quick lunchtime visits, plenty of students. Great. Wish Pipeworks would hurry up. Plastic Ivy’s ok but Steam is rubbish!

Totally agree spent many saturday nights into sunday mornings in base after being out with mates, heading in there when they all went home to wives n girlfeinds. Was brilliant. Fucking into the early hours n then out to catch train home cheaper than a hotel and much more action... Leeds so needs a city centre sauna again. Such a shame it closed.
