Am creating this thread so people can give details of their ACTUAL stays at Trades. Other threads are full of "I'll be there on x date", "how much", "what's it like"....many i suspect are nonsense posts for people who aren't going.

So place your actual experiences here, nothing else please.

I went on a Thursday night, was a bit quiet then , few people sat at the bar but nobody walking around the corridors upstairs or in the dark rooms. Hasn't put me off , I would try a Friday or saturday instead next time though

I dont know if it counts ,i didnt stay but i was invited in on a friday in july around 2am ,i was dress in tv mode .

Very friendly and busy ,the darkroom at the back was busy but no sex when i walked around ,the second darkroom was empty .

Walked upstairs in the corridors and blew to young guys .

Left at 3.30 ,was impressed how friendly it was seeing the posts on here saying it was anti tv .

Will go again in oct when im up

I have stayed at Trades before. On the Friday night I left my door open and was used by a good few guys as a cumdump. Saturday night I got fucked by two twinks in the dark room. I would recommend the place if you like sleaze. I am booking again for this year

I have stayed a few times this year. Been fucked a few times in both dark rooms with others watching. In the rooms us where it gets really fun. Have left door wedged open and been on all 4s in jock and let guys use and breed me as they want. Have also wandered around corridors and found doors open and joined guys there for fun. Last time I stated at a weekend found a orgy going on in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms. Would have been tyde not to join in. I was 3rd bottom guy getting used and bred in full view of others passing as door was open. Trades is sleazy , horny and so much fun. Am back again this weekend for more!!!!

Im heading back for A repeat visit on November 14th, for A weekend of fun

Looking forwards to fun in the corridors and in my room

Last few times, ive stayed, room has been clean and tidy.

Had A few issues with the shower getting hot,but it gets there in the end. But there is also A shower cubicle in the corridor, and thats always hot, and you never no who might join you in there.

As a TV/CD I have stayed at Trades many times in the past. I used to go to a gay club/sauna in Blackpool, quite regularly on a Friday called The Honeycombe. Fridays was dedicated t-girls and admirers day and I would always stay over at Trades on the Thursday night and sometimes the Friday night too. Sadly The Honeycombe closed down some years ago so I haven't stayed at Trades since.

I can't comment on what it's like there now, but I imagine it hasn't changed that much in recent years. I was always made to feel welcome by staff and I never had any problems with other guests either. Because it is a gay mens cruising hotel, most gay men aren't interested in anyone remotely feminine but I was never made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Having a drink in the bar of an evening people were friendly towards me and on the odd occasions I have even been 'picked up' in the bar and taken back to some guys room and had sex with them. Only after he has bought me a drink though. I'm not a professional whore, but I'm not a slut either.

I never cruised the rooms or landings myself but I did leave my bedroom door unlocked and I did get my more than fair share of visitors throughout the night. Unfortunately most of those visitors were disappointed when they say me, dressed or in my nightie and would just turn around and walk straight back out. Fortunately not everyone turned and ran though and I have had quite a few pleasant experiences in my room from time to time.

Overall, my main purpose for staying at Trades was because I was in Blackpool anyway so it was convenient. I didn't stay there with any expectations but very often I've had some memorable nights there.

Honeycombe brings back some memories, and just up the road from Trades.

I love staying there, and the refurbished rooms are very nice x

I was a bit of a regular at The Honeycombe but only on a Friday, and the occasional Tuesday. Once it changed to a swingers club I stopped going there. I did go to Liquid Sauna a few times but that merged with Infusion, a swingers club too.

Plenty of fun to be had there. Stayed there many a time. Basic but what else are you wanting.

Staff are friendly and there is sex all around.

What I like is the freedom you get staying at trades. You want to take someone back to your room at 2am. Instead of having to smuggle them in you will get. A high five as you take them up.

There is a snobbishness from people.. "I could never stay there" at the same time they are wandering the halls looking for an open door.

Bottom line. My bottom likes staying there

I called in on a Sunday evening last year. Sat on my own and had a drink. I’d never been before so was wondering what it was all about. A few people were sat in the bar area, but I didn’t see anywhere you could have a wander. Maybe need to be a bit more inquisitive next time

Trades Hotel doesn't cater for t-girls specifically, but there is nothing stopping them from staying there. As I've said previously, I have stayed there many times in the past and I have always been made to feel welcome.

Ive not stayed there but visited a couple of times ,i was abit apprensive due to the comments on the forums saying we wernt welcome ,but i found it friendly ,and although predomintly man on man ,i had some fun in the corridors .
