No don’t be nervous, although sure you will be. You can do as much or little as you like. People there are helpful and respectful. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi all relaxing. I’ve usually gone early afternoon.

No need to be nervous, pretty much everyone there tends to be polite (in my experience)

The best time probably depends on your preferences… I’ve found approx. Sunday noon/afternoon to be good for the place being reasonably busy with an older crowd

But as with any sauna, there’s an element of “luck of the draw” in terms of what it’s like at the time you turn up…
